Rates are based on a minimum three night stay (5 night stay minimum Christmas & Easter holidays)

single or two night bookings are possible with a cleaning surcharge

$380 per night for 1-2 guests

$460 per night for 3-4 guests

$500 per night for 5 guests

* Rates may vary over public holidays / holiday seasons

* Discounts may apply in the low season (May-October)

* Discounts may apply for stays of 7 days or greater - contact us for details.

* To secure a booking, full payment is required.

Check Out: 10am, however we will be flexible whenever possible.

Conditions: Maximum occupancy is 5 guests. No parties please. No smoking indoors. No outdoor shoes inside.

Children are welcome.

Cancellation Terms: Unfortunately no refunds given under normal circumstances. However, in special circumstances at the owners discretion, bookings may be transferred to alternative available dates.

Payment Options:  Payment can be made by direct bank transfer. Credit card may also be used (3% surcharge).
